- The owner is a great guy and a gentleman. The mechanics are a different story. Document your vehicle thoroughly, take pictures of interior and exterior and check every knob, display, lights, seats, and exterior for scratches and dents upon return. Make sure everything which was working before still works. This applies no matter where you go for service.
