I am very upset with the honesty of the people who answer the phone particularly Jose Reyes, he deceived me he told me they had a car I want and I drove 50 miles for nothing.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle because unfortunately it was sold right before I had the chance but I did want to say how incredibly friendly and professional the staff were. I spoke to Angel over the phone he was very prompt in responding and kind. The real treat was talking to Jack we must have chatted on the phone for forty five minutes. What a nice man he is. I wish I could have bought a car there lol

Allow me to start by saying that I purposely waited six weeks to send this review. After all, my Honda Accord got a new transmission, a new axle, a new hardness, a new computer, and an upgraded programming software. Although I’ve always considered myself a Toyota type of guy, my wife turned me into Honda. We purchased our last few Hondas and service our vehicles at South Motors Honda. When I bought my current pre-owned certified Honda, I gave Rupert the used car manager, a hard time and ended up taking my beautiful Accord for an excellent price. Although my family and I have been happy with the vehicle, two years and 45k miles later, I encountered problems with my transmission. The situation got complicated. However, my service advisor, Luca, handled the situation professionally and kept me informed. This process took several weeks and a couple of visits to the dealer to the point the service manager got involved to get my car back on the road ASAP and even accommodated my family with a rental vehicle. I’m glad South Motors Honda maintains the traditional type of business approach and hasn’t lost the touch of personalized attention for their customers as this is being lost in our new cold digital world.

I’m glad my wife turned me to Honda, specifically South Motors Honda, because they offer world-class customer service.

I want to give a special shout-out to Luca Viera, his partner Steve Martinez, and the service manager for their commitment to excellence.

Superb and prompt service. Demonstrated empathy at our misgivings when we brought the car in with a dead battery. Made us feel comfortable with a coffee shop waiting area. Didn't feel like a waste of time, the staff showing care and speedy service.
