Megan from customer service is the absolute best! I purchased an item and realized when I got home that it had been used. I went back to exchange it and Megan really went out of her way to help me. There were a few challenges (at least to me) but somehow she made it easy and fast! Thank you SO much Megan! I really appreciate how you figured everything out and made it happen

This Dadeland North Target location is poorly staffed but not nearly as bad as the Hialeah Target. Service is pretty poor even for American standards and I usually end up having to shout at the top of my lungs WHERE IS THE MANAGER!
