This target is usually not customer friendly always turn clients away but for the first time the manager on the floor was amazing great customer service and John went above and beyond ! Thank you for being a people’s person and for going the extra mile this target needs to hire more people like you !

This review goes to the worker in Starbucks named Matthew, first of all I never write reviews but after today I really believe he earned it. I came here two days in a role and both days it was a pleasure being there. He treats everyone so nice and makes sure to give the customer the attention needed. Every customer I saw that he took his order always had a smile on their face. His recommendation of drink was even good, I honestly think he deserves a raise cause he is just that good. As to the others worker they also did a good job but Matthew stands out

I had an issue with an order that I literally ordered less than a week ago so I could pickup on my day off. Now today 5 days later my order is canceled & with email saying I didn’t get it in time. I attempted to speak to the stores customer service she was useless. Than the manager some other female also entirely useless tells me that she can’t honor the Black Friday promo. So what do you guys have managers for? You guys are seriously there to just say no & give some petty apology. The female should get a job cleaning floors instead where she probably belongs. The managers are a bunch of amateurs who are getting overpaid for doing nothing. Target is supposedly known for customer service yet online it reflects other different promotions that they scammed people with saying it was a Black Friday promo than people realized it was a scam. Look it up. However my item was 50 percent off. Good job target. Keep hiring these janitors to be your managers. Useless staff
