Jack coordinated everything masterfully and answered all my various questions, and Aaron was just the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable service tech one could hope for. I've never seen a group of checkout personnel with no personality. This is not the first time at this location. The ladies at checkout again did not greet. They didn't even bother to at least say a proper "Happy Holidays" at the end of the transaction. The guy who took my car was chipperlike he wanted to be there.

The job was done well. But for some reason, while my car was in your possession, someone decided to mess with my radio and not tell me about this. Because I found that the radio didn’t come on as it normally does whenever I start the car. I had things to do, and I didn’t think it was that important at the time. So I didn’t say anything Thursday, when I picked up the car. But today ,2 days later , I found the radio charged on. I figured out to disconnect the battery to reboot the radio. Fortunately, it didn’t drain my battery.

I have been trying to begin the rigorous end of lease process, which is less than 2 months away. I exceeded my mileage limit by 8,000 miles. I have repeatedly been told that they can't even get close to matching my previous payment because of the low inventory of vehicles and inflation due to the pandemic. I found a TEAM (Hassan, Robert, Abner, and so many others) at Toyota of North Miami that were willing to negotiate and make a deal. Gotta say that I’m pretty happy with my purchase at Toyota of North Miami. David Santana was awesome helping me choose and get into my new truck.
