- Horrible service on pick up orders. The wait time for them to bring my groceries is beyond ridiculous. They made me wait 1 hour to get my order. I followed the instructions, checked in and marked that I’ve parked. You can’t even call the pickup number to find out what’s going on with the order. They don’t answer and the voicemail mail is full. This is not the first time I have to wait this long. Horrible service. I go to Publix and I follow the same instructions and I’ve never waited more than 5 mins to get my order.
