I highly recommend this location. Dr. Lorentes has been very professional and dedicated on my dog’s treatment. Max always count with them, no matter the day or time I always receive a call back for him. Thanks Banfield and Dr. Lorentes.

Everything is good except nobody tell me I have a contract for one year, I know is on the paperwork I signed but they should be let you know verbal, believe me nobody have time for check what you sing

I used Banfield pet hospital services since 2016 with my previous dog and also recommended to a lot of friends. Now my daughter had a new pet and by my suggestion we enrolled her (the dog) in this office for a plan. But now that we required a vet service today I get in shock for the UNPROFESSIONAL way Dr Juan Carlos Santandreu treat our dog , showing only more concern for the money that for the real needs of our pet. He showed more interest in trying to convince us to opt for very expensive services or to buy medicines only from the pharmaceutical companies he recommended. We had to insist on numerous occasions for the prescription and he even dared to leave the office and make mocking comments and he did not come back and only sent his assistant who finished serving us very kindly, as we would have wanted from the beginning. With the prestige and respect that Banfield pet hospital has always had, I believe that doctors who act like this do more harm than good and drive away regular clients or potential clients for the future. Our pets should not be treated only as numbers or form of income, they deserve much more.
