Entrenen a sus empleados. No saben hacer diagnósticos y demoran horas. Super soberbios y pedantes, cancherean a los clientes no saben resolver ningun problema. El peor apple del mundo

Went by here today the day before the iPhone 15 dropped and these losers knew nothing about the phone. I talked to 3 different people with barely anyone in the store. Nothing about titanium case, nothing about the screen? Nothing about the usbc charger. One guy even suggested not buying it. Burnt out druggies in T-shirt’s. I’ll be back tomorrow w $1300 in hand to pay they can’t take cash cuz apple knows they will steal it… good atmosphere tho you can dance with the vagrants that come in there.

Big up for Sofi, she helped me with everything, I got phone, I got watch, I got airpods. She helped me with all of these, with my choice and with setting them up. Now i am thinking aboit getting a laptop just because I know she will help me make the best choice!!! Thank you Sofi, you are the best!!!!

No início fui atendido por um vendedor desinteressado. Depois busquei outro vendedor e fui atendido pelo “Taco”. Fui muito gente boa e prestativo. Fala inglês, espanhol e arranha português. Se forem nessa loja recomendo muito procurar por ele. Não tem erro. Nota 10 a experiência.

My boyfriend and I had outstanding customer service from Brittani the tech specialist ! She was quick and super hospitable. Not only did she relate to our situation but she was also able to made the experience nice and fast with her conversation. We would honestly come back and visit just to chat with her & we’re from Maryland !! My boyfriend came in with a water damaged iPhone 13 and luckily for him he was able to get it replaced for $99 w/o tax because he has AppleCare services. Thank you again Brittanti!!

Hice una compra online y no me dejaba retirar el celular. NADIE nos quiso ayudar, nos decían que teníamos que llamar y ya. Jessie nos vio y nos ayudo, hablo el con soporte técnico, gracias a el pudimos solucionarlo. Muchas gracias a el!

Hoy fui a Apple Store situado en Lincoln Road a comprar un ipadn pro 11 pulgadas con teclado Y lápiz, habia mucha gente ), esperamos nuestro turno, nos atendió un asistente, con un español poco fluido ( a pesar de haber solicitado un asistente que hablara español) su atención fue descortés, lamentablemente no se su nombre porque NINGUN asistente tiene en su remera su nombre ( como.deberia ser) desistí de la compra ( casi 180 usd) por su mal trato, una lástima, , quizás ser una compañía tan grande perdieron la sensibilidad y les interesan muy poco los clientes, aca NO vuelvo, NO lo.recomiendo
