- The waiting area in Outpatient was clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful during my brother’s care. All of the nurses and doctors gave exceptional care and were sensitive to his needs at 82 years of age. He received outstanding services and care
- I went to see my doctor for pain in the right side. After examining me she sent me to the ER for fear of appendicitis, because their lab was closed. I arrived at the ER at about 4:50. The admission staff told me if I was admitted to the ER, I would be seen as emergency needed, maybe hours. Another admission staff took over and told me to go around to the front to the X-ray dept. which would be closing at 5 pm. I hurried up front and at 4:58, they accepted me. One tech tried to get an IV in me twice and asked for help from another tech, Anthony. After sticking me twice without success he said we won't try again. Come back tomorrow. I told him if I'm in too much pain I'll come back tonight to the ER. As he was walking out he tried one more time. It worked. Fear of appendix trouble he said I will flag your folder, and they will get back to me ASAP with the results, so if you have to stay, you will already have the IV in you. Thankfully I left the hospital knowing that my appendix is good. In spite of five sticks, thank you Anthony for going above and beyond in professionalism!
- Like all Ears you do have to wait to be seen if it is not a real. Emergency. I found the ER staff friendly and caring. In fact all the nursing staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
The food was tasty.
