Sanford Florida Marijuana Doctor I had a 1:45 appointment for a review not a new patient and waited almost two hours to see the doctor.Rude and horrid Dr was nice when i finally got in 2 hours after my scheduled appt and the rest of the staff was pretty disappointing then had to wait another half hour for another women to put me in system so a total of almost 3 hours to buy a cartridge

This medical doctor office is the bestt! I have been going here for years now. they are not only quick, but they also give the best customer experience! don’t hesitate on going :)

Clearwater Florida Gulf to Bay store review. My issue started with the woman who worked the front desk. First she was late to open shop. I was talking to a fellow customer outside, while we waited for the store to open and here explained he had a 9:15am appointment. When the woman finally showed up, we walked inside. The other customer walked in ahead of me while I held the door for both of them. The man with the 9:15am appointment was called in to see the doctor first and I told the woman I had 9am appointment. She told me it doesn't matter what time the appointment was, she goes by who walked in the door first. I questioned that and then she told me he really had a 9am appointment, but when the man was finished with the doctor she said to him "Do you want to set up your next appointment for the same time at 9:15am".
The next problem was my veteran's discount. She told me I didn't have any veterans discount on record. I have been coming to you folks since Marijuana Doctor has first opened and have always received my discount. I think the lady just didn't like me.
The woman I have been complaining about I do not know her name. She is a pretty black woman with a tattoo running up her neck. I'm sure she won't be to hard to find.
I realize that being late, not caring about appointment times and not issuing correct payments to customers is a little petty, but all of these problems were caused by one person. Let's hope the right people read this and take appropriate action.
The doctor was a great guy.

Robb was so kind. He gave me so much knowledge. I really felt like I made a great decision coming here after I spoke with him. I honestly won’t go anywhere else.

Went to recertification today. Abbie & Alena were fast & efficient in getting my recertification done. Saw the doctor & was on my way. Very easy. Thanks
