I’m terrified of the dentist and I had such an amazing experience. Everyone there is so caring and they made sure to ask continuously if I was ok since I was so nervous. Wendy is super sweet and did a wonderful job. Dr. Tamara Santos was lovely as well and very informative. Both Wendy and Dr. Tamara santos explained what they were doing as they were going and explained very thorough what was needed. The front desk girls are very friendly and welcoming too. Loved this place! Definitely never switching dentists. Thank you!

This was my first time here and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. All “steps” was explained and the dentist was very skilled.

I love Wendy and Dr. Cabrera. They are the best dentists I’ve had in Miami. The service from beginning to end is very professional and the whole team is always happy. They truly live to their name. You relax and smile when you are there.

Also they take my insurance, confirm appointments and remind you, are courteous and on time, they do the cleaning very well and use technology.

I just had my second cleaning with Wendy. No pain at all . Very amazing work. I’m coming back in 6 months for the next

Please read all the 1 star reviews before coming here. I had a horrible experience. I just moved from LA and was looking for a dentist within my network. I found Relax and Smile through my insurance. Before I went in, I called both my my insurance and Relax and Smile to make sure everything was covered by insurance. They assured me it was so I made my first appointment. When I arrived I was informed that I needed to take new x ray pictures, before proceeding, I asked again if it was covered by insurance. They assured me once again it was, so I proceeded. After my x rays I was told that I had 4 cavities and they needed to be filled. They brought someone in to talk to me about my “treatment plan”. After speaking with them about my treatment plan, I asked once again, is this covered by my insurance and once again they said yes. They gave me an iPad to sign and I asked what am I signing and they informed me that I’m signing paperwork acknowledging that we discussed I needed my cavities filled. I made a follow up appointment and called my insurance. My insurance said that $179.10 is what I needed to pay out of pocket and anything else would be refunded. I was charged $424 by Relax and Smile.The day of they charged me for $220 for a “desensitizer”. I asked them multiple times if everything was covered by insurance and they said yes. I was not told the day of that the “desensitizer” was $220. I have been going to the dentist for fillings for many years and I’ve never been charged for any sort of thing. I spoke to my insurance and they said that they also payed Relax and Smile a bill.

My last visit, as usual, was seamless and professional. The staff was friendly, and the hygienist did a thorough job. The doctor explained everything clearly, making me feel at ease. Overall, a positive experience worth returning for regular check-ups.

I just love the team at Relax and Smile - in particular the level of quality of the work, and the friendly staff.
