The service was quick, and the update on repair was timely and transparent. I didn't get the chance to share review on tesla app but want to mention the great experience provided by one of the best customer advisor Andres. He really dig into my model y issue and fixed it finally. Thank you so much to Andres and engineer who helped me with my model y issue.

Tesla has changed the way we used to buy cars
I will not come back to a dealer anymore for endless negotiations, fighting for prices and waste half or an entire day buying a new car.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Tesla Coral Gables

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I've received from Tesla, particularly at the Coral Gables service center. I purchased my Tesla six months ago, and recently, I encountered an issue that needed urgent attention, I'm unable to charge my car so I'm unable to commute. However, the earliest available appointment is on December 2nd, leaving me without a resolution for almost two weeks.

This extended delay is not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on innovation and customer satisfaction. The inability to even get a prompt diagnostic appointment has left me stranded without a clear path forward.

As a loyal Tesla customer, I expected better service and a more customer-centric approach to addressing urgent concerns. The lack of alternative commuting solutions during this waiting period adds to the frustration.

I urge Tesla to address this issue promptly and provide a more efficient service experience. This recent experience has seriously shaken my confidence in the brand, and I hope for a swift resolution to restore my trust.

I sincerely hope Tesla takes immediate action to improve its service and support for customers facing urgent issues.

Took my Tesla into service today. Was told it would be complete by Wednesday. To my surprise the issue was fixed today. Thank you David for the incredible service. Tesla is way ahead of all automakers in all aspects.

There should be more chairs to wait while your vehicle is being Service. The no contact part is great for when the Service is small but when your HV battery was replace I felt a bit wary.
