I had my gallbladder surgery here and the nurses were so sweet with me when I was feeling nervous before surgery and after surgery. They were so nice to let my mother in the room before surgery cause i was feeling scared. Caroline Jimenez (surgeon) is a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable and calm before surgery. Thank you ya'll! ????

Dr and nurses are very nice, they treat you like a person not as a number. One nurse was really nasty I didn't get his name. While we were waiting for the elevator to go down to the 2nd floor loby from the third floor he was also waiting but to go up. He was there before us, Elevator comes for us to go down and he almost ran us out of the door, remember he was going up I was going down he took our elevator went down with his patient and went up to his floor. This happened yesterday 08/28/2023 around 4:20. Pm to 4:30 pm. Not very professional.

My.mother is 93 and has been in the ER waiting room for 8 1/2 hours now waiting for a room. Her Dr called the ER and spoke to a doctor in the ER and sent us here to be admitted for a small surgery tomorrow for which he wanted her on iv antibiotic. And have been sitting in this waiting room for over 8 hours!!! Terrible. Can't believe they would do this to a very elderly woman who can barely stand up. If this isn't malpractise then i dont know what is. Horribly!

Oh yes, you care so much and appreciate my 'sharing my concerns'. That's why you took 3 days to even reply.

I've been hospitalized twice in the hospital and both experiences were awful. The only way to get things done here is by getting the patient experience team involved every time apparently. This hospital has alot of useless policies and they under medicate you leaving you in pain or having to follow protocols that don't make sense to get the relief you need. To give an example of the lack of professionalism in this place I spoke with a Doctor to have a procedure done under anesthesia without any warning they brought me in to do the procedure the same day and told me they weren't going to do it under anesthesia because their schedule was full. I told them several times I did not want to do it and I was basically pressured into it anyway. They don't communicate well and they don't treat you all that great. Go to Baptist or anywhere else this place is not it.

So on 9-2-23 will be a day I never forget my father passed away and yes he might have been critical but he was stable.

Do to the lack of care and negligence on the doctors behalf my father loss his life..

He was in the SICU-11 and some of the medical decision that was made by the doctors was unbelievable…

Some decision I believe was made because of his social economic and no one could make me feel different..

I have to give nurse Angelica, Agabil, and IZy Shouts out to loving what they do and not doing it for the money.

Dr .Michael Campos is the worst. He stated something’s on my father death certificate that was not the cause of his death and as a child that is grieving I ask him to use medical terms in stead of the terms he use and he refused to changed it….

Again because of my father social economic background this treatment and service was given….

UM is the worst……Because of the nurses and how clean the facility was I gave them a one.

I had to reach out to Patience experience and still my matters where not resolve..

Because the Florida law you have to be 25years old or younger and a spouse I’m order to sue

Very un-compassionate security team. They do not care for the patients. They kick you out of the premises, without mattering if family member is in the last stage of their life they don’t care if the kids want to be with the patient in their last moment. They want to walk into patient rooms open doors to patient rooms to notarize who is in the room, invading HIPPA regulations without consent of the family or patient. Invading patient personal space. In the toughest moment of life they show no empathy or understanding for a family. Worse security services, would not recommend to bring your family here.

We had a sour experience with one of the nurses, her name Andrea Villalobo the most unkind and disrespectful person I ever met in the Medical Field. The rest of the staff. The nurses they were very helpful but this lady was in charge of room 1202 for my father on Oct 31st, 2023. She even was disrespectful with the Nurse supervisor imagine if she had that kind of attitude in front of her Supervisor how would she behave when she is by herself with elderly in the rooms. All this attitude because I asked if she could make sure my father be clean before going home, he was in bed for 4 days without no movement and her intention was not to do anything for him. A very sad experience because I really appreciate so much to this Hospital. They saved my life here years ago, but what a difference
