Best Buy Southridge

The store was large and had plenty of employees which I really liked. It was clean and had lots of items I was looking for with a decent selection. I liked this as well. But the normal checkout area was cordoned off and they were doing checkouts in the customer service area instead. This made the line extra long. I realize this fact has nothing to do with the store employees but more to do with the upper management making dumb decisions that makes no sense.

The store staff was very friendly and helpful. A big difference from shopping at Walmart. Idk, I needed a Playstation 5, some games & most importantly, I needed a quality USB-C to USB-C cable because even though you don't think there's a difference between a USB cord that's $5 & a USB cord that's $28, you couldn't be more wrong and you'll realize it when you plug it into your new car's infotainment system & the damn music & map keeps cutting out on the screen with the cheap $5 cord. Plus, think of how many cheap cords you go through in a year? You might as well buy a good one that will last, charge your devices faster, and won't let you down when you're rocking out to some tunes while driving.

with the new update, and the new building, it is in amazing place. Employees are friendly and quite knowledgeable.

Still need a good old-fashioned brick n mortar establishment. It's always a nice clean store. Nice to be able to get something immediately when you want it.

Was in here earlier today. The store itself if great. This is more of a complaint on the staff at the theater room area. My partner and I walked into the room and my partner wanted to hear a song on the speakers and he touched the tablet they had for couple of seconds after he couldn’t figure it out and walked away an employee came in and told us we couldn’t touch that and was nice about it but behind her was another employee and a customer. They came in and demoed the speakers the whole time we were standing there that employee with the hair pulled in dreads almost like a V shape kept saying how customer can’t come in here alone and shouldn’t be touching anything. If you don’t want customers to touch something in a store that lets you DEMO things then you need to post signs up on the doors and the stuff you don’t want customers to touch.
