I usually love Costco and have been a member for roughly 5 years. Today, the self checkout employee went past probably 5-6 customers and asked to see my membership card. Of course, I understand their policy, but I was the only customer who was asked to see their membership card out of about 15-20 people around me. Definitely seemed either ageist, racist, or classist. Do better Costco. Either enforce the policy for everyone or not at all.

Smaller than most, it doesn't have as much variety as others. I use to be excited to go to costco, but I don't seem to be anymore here.

Love Costco for their specialty items‐ the things you can't find anywhere locally. I really like the optical dept. & the people there. Yesterday I got a big bag of mixed nuts at a great price & some yummy yummy cookies! (And some other stuff that's really none of your business...

I wasn't sure if I trusted buying meat there. It was a Holiday and having a cookout so bought a grind burger meat and it looked good on the outside but was bad on the inside. I hated it because I had to go back to exchange it. This was on Costco of Montgomery, AL.

Nice clean store. Excellent staff. Variety of products from groceries to electronics to tools to groceries and tires. Much like Sam's. Also have a gas station that is usually lower than most and the prices are also more stable than others.

Always easy in and out. Store layout allows for an easy shopping experience. Staff is always helpful. Quick check out even with long lines.

Truckers,easy in and out. I had a 0600 delivery and was done within an hour. Can enter and go past the gas station and around the building. You'll see the door marked receiving. I parked overnight as close to the wall next to the docks. The bad news is you have to bring key inside and wait there while unloading. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and fast!!

Their quality is dropping. We purchased pork ribs and conecuh sausages at different times. The ribs had a very funky smell as soon as the packaging was opened, just after buying them from the store. Not even close to being expired according to the tag but clearly the meat was rancid. The sausages went bad 4 weeks before the expiration date. Yeah we could bring the rotten meat back for a refund- but who wants to haul rancid meat?

Prices are higher due to quality products that aren't too different from Sam's. Membership is overpriced.

Great place to shop. Reasonable prices for bulk products. Just be careful in what you choose. Gas prices are worth the purchase as well for Top Teir gas.
