TOP important and interesting reviews from patients
- I absolutely was impressed by the level of caring I received in the ER. Dr. Cassell went over and above to find me an eye doctor when there wasn’t one on staff. All the nurses were so friendly and helpful and did such a great job telling me what was going on each step of my visit. All the steps of my treatment happened expeditiously. I was so pleased!
- Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. The prep and surgical team were amazing. The doctor was one of the best all around that I have ever had. I've never been treated better at any other hospital.
- The nurses in triage did a good job of getting me seen quickly (within 45min of arrival) due to my condition. The ER physician ordered all necessary tests/scans and got a diagnosis within 4 hours. I was in surgery within 8 hours of my arrival. All of the preop, PACU, and floor nurses were excellent. Very happy and thankful for the care I received. Only complaint is 3 of the 4 patient elevators were down when we were trying to be discharge and that has apparently been an ongoing issue.
