I had a bad experience at this restaurant 3 years ago, and unfortunately nothing has changed.Today I came back to give it another chance. A server brought us menus, and then we were completely ignored for about 15 minutes. No one came to take our order or even ask for drinks.Meanwhile, a Georgian family who arrived after us was attended to immediately and got their order taken right away. That difference in service was very noticeable and uncomfortable.Basic service should be simple greet customers, ask what they’d like to drink within a few minutes, and give them time to look at the menu before taking the order. That didn’t happen here.
If you are not Georgian, it really feels like you will be ignored. This is now my second bad experience. I even have a screenshot of my previous review from years ago clearly nothing has improved.Never, never again!
P.s I have attached the picture of the previous review.
