- Good place to find all your Japanese, Chinese, and Korean ingredients. The lower floor has your kitchen needs from knives to bowls and chopsticks. Rice cookers and electric kettle.
- I like coming here to get my Asian staples. They have a lot of stuff here. They also have a TCM guy there who has herbs for medicinal purposes.
- I still like New Kam Man but somewhat less than I used to. The second floor, which is now blocked off, used to be full of beauty products and stationery and toys and now there's barely a fraction of that in the basement. The rest of their store is still great - ingredients, teas, snacks, etc - but I do hope the second floor will be back one day.
- My #1 market in NY. This place has been around for many years, got reasonable prices, and original Chinese tea, food, and tablewear. Their "Made in Japan" items are as much made in Japan as Prada items in China Town are actually Prada. But that you know.
- Excellent prices, wonderful selection of most Chinese ingredients. I buy produce and fish, seafood and meat elsewhere

- Great place to shop for dry goods, bbq goodies, and house hold supplies. Order their bbq spare ribs and char siu over rice. There was a good deal of flavor, just make sure to keep hydrated as the soy sauce will have you thirsty.
- I love this place. They don't seem to carry the wonderful Biang Biang packaged noodles any longer, but they do have just about every other Pacific Asian noodle there is. I stocked up on these, chocolate pandas & Pocky -- and of course a roast duck.
- Excellent for the tea and tableware selection in the basement. Plenty of candies and cookies for tourist shopping on the first floor. Everything else is okay. No elevator.
