- Came today bank around 3pm and teller lady was giving me dirty looks before I even got counter and then when I did she had nasty attitude she didn't want attend me I could tell she was racist I pray God she gets fired unbelievable
- Terrible experience with a female teller in her late 40s. She was rude. Not helpful at all as if she was doing favors for others for free.
She was treating other customers who speak her language nicely but acted in a hyper way when she was trying to serve me. I complained to the manager about her behaviors and she assured that she would talk to her. I also promised her that I won't come to that branch again after that terrible service.
