Horrible service helpful at all.
I stopped by after work because my front bulb went out. I waited because the rep was on the phone. I proceeded to ask him if I gave him my phone number if he would be able to tell me which bulb to get? He said no, I would have to TAKE THE BULB OUT so he could tell me. I explained, "I'm not sure how to do that I don't have the tools. He advised me to ask one of the guys in the lot. I then called my Advance Auto location in Brooklyn, gave my make and model and they were able to help me over the PHONE. A customer in the store then helped me find the bulb because he was still on the phone, and I guess another that was called off of his break rang me up. The only reason I went here is because it was the closest that was open.
