I used to be a loyal Budget customer but have had nothing but problems with them to the point that I cancelled a 2 week rental with Budget and rented from Avis, only to find out that Avis owns Budget. I just hope that Budget doesn't drag down the customer service that Avis has and Budget doesn't.
