Top place for various items, not just electronics, sadly dealing with store thefts that most major commercial stores are dealing with, need much stronger laws to support these consumer stores, sad whats going on.

What happened to walking in to purchase the latest video games? Smallest shelf showing off only 10-15 game options... I had to go into the store to purchase for a family member since Best Buy online cancelled my order for no reason (over 30 mins on phone with customer Service couldn't explain why it was cancelled), luckily on my walk out of the store I asked a clerk at the online orders pickup if I could purchase the Mario Wonder game. It was easy after that, but it should have never of gotten to that point. Display the games guys!! Kids still enjoy going to physically purchase games ... Target does it, so does Walmart...

Absolutely awful customer service, don’t bother shopping here. I bought a gift for my dad that he ended up not needing. I attempted to return an unopened iPad within 30 days only to find that their policy is 15 days. I attempted to reason with the manager, Erica Alvarado, but she smugly insisted that there was nothing I could do if I wasn’t part of their lame membership plan. Absurd, literally every other retailer is 30 days including Amazon. I’m a dad of 2 young kids and have a demanding work schedule. I’ll never spend another dime here. Bad move attempting to support local jobs when they cant even offer industry standard return windows to all of their competitors.

Thank you for great service! The store in Wintergarden didn’t have the chrome book I was looking for, but the employee didn’t stop there. He placed the order for pickup at a nearby store!
