It is the first time that I criticize any Apple service, but the service at this store left much to be desired.

I don't know if they were irritated because there were 40 minutes before the store closed and it was still full, but I just gave up on my service.

I needed to pick up an Apple Watch purchased online and decided I would buy an iPad and an iPhone. I was asked to wait 15 minutes for a service and there were at least 4 or 5 idle employees in the store and I couldn't get an explanation that would make it easier for me to withdraw the online purchase.

As I needed to remove my Tesla from recharge, I waited the 15 min and gave up. I will only return to the store because I have to pick up the online purchase. Service far from Apple's standard of attention and cordiality.

É a primeira vez que eu faço uma crítica à qualquer serviço da Apple, mas o atendimento dessa loja deixou muito a desejar.

Não sei se estavam irritados porque faltavam 40 minutos para a loja fecha e ainda estava cheia, mas eu simplesmente desisti do meu atendimento.

Eu precisava retirar um Apple Watch comprado online e resolvi que compraria um iPad e um iPhone. Me pediram 15 minutos para um atendimento sendo que haviam ao menos 4 ou 5 colaboradores ociosos na loja e não consegui uma explicação que me facilitasse a retirada da compra online.

Como eu precisava retirar meu Tesla da recarga, esperei os 15 min e desisti. Só voltarei à loja porque tenho que retirar a compra online. Atendimento muito longe do padrão de atenção e cordialidade Apple.

I would like to express my gratitude to Javier from the FL Apple Store. As a bilingual employee, he is truly an asset to this store. My experience was exceptional because of him. He took his time explaining and troubleshooting every possible way to get my phone working again. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. If you go to this store, ask for Javier. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He worked with me for hours, until he exhausted every possible solution; accommodating my every request.

Estive no Florida Mall para comprar teclado de tablet para meu filho , dei a configuração exata do tablet ,que havia comprado lá a anos atrás , ainda mostrei a foto da configuração, ele me vendeu , eu não conferi , paguei , cheguei Brasil o teclado que ele me vendeu é de um PRO.Fui até Apple no Brasil , mandaram eu ir lá trocar, estou com teclado de tablet PRO , e não tenho saída, vendedor da Apple só quis vender ,aproveitou Brasileira idiota.

I'm extremely disappointed with Apple's service. I was instructed to schedule an appointment and arrive by 1:00 pm, but I've been waiting for over an hour to receive the phone I've paid for. Apple should have provided a warning about the expected long wait times.

Drove 90 mins to pick up new iPhone with a 15 min collection window, to be told to join a 4 hour long queue!!!!!

No other offer of help just join everyone else , what’s the point of doing the collection window?!

Come check it out! It’s Apple, very consistent in its store approach. The line for opening day for iPhone was very long. But if you were buying something else, they let you right in. The iPhone 15 was better than I expected. It feels and looks great!

I went few months ago to have my iPhone 12 Pro Max diagnosed because of the battery life issue, it was just draining even if I’m not using the phone. At that time I was told since the battery life still shows at 86% they are not able to change the battery they can only change it at 80% or below. And it will be free. Now I went again to have it change since now it shows at 80% and they said it’s not free anymore it will cost $90 to replace it.

I have been in other companies that do the same business and here they know very well what the function of the Customer Services department is. In addition, the employees work hard to meet the different needs of the customers and I saw how even being with customers they ask them for permits to help some customers who do not speak the language. It’s wonderful to know where they serve you as you are.

The store, although crowded with people, was orderly and clean. The employees seemed satisfied doing their jobs and doing their best to ensure that we had a better experience in the store. Congratulations on maintaining a pleasant experience for everyone.
