Got a “full service” completed on my Nissan Altima to be able to drive it across country, spent $1,500 just to have to pay an additional $1,300 in Indiana due to the lack of ethics/integrity of their mechanics. Will never return to their them and their greedy business principles. Absolute and utter embarrassment of an organization. Middle management needs to review their business principles because their mechanics are absolutely unethical and will take their time to charge you on every billable hour. Highly don’t recommend. Completely disgraceful.

Came to this location because we saw the perfect car for us. Victor was an amazing help and walked us through the whole process smoothly. We left very happy and were very excited to start this new journey with our Nissan. Thank you to everyone who helped in the process as well!

This place is the reason why people hate buying cars. I was looking to buy a new, late model 2023 Kicks SV trim. First of all, the salesperson you speak with when you call in over the phone (Nelson) is different than the sales person you deal with in person (Juan and eventually Ruben sales manager). I asked Nelson before I came in if there were any dealer installed options on the car. He told me NO (I managed to get that information out of him before he rushed me off the phone) As soon as I came in and saw the car, Juan told me there were $1500+ dealer installed options included on the car when it wasn’t indicated on the windows sticker. Furthermore, their “internet price” includes recent student graduate and military credit (which most people don’t qualify for) and before you factor that in, it is actually more then “msrp” than the car (quite a “special”, isn't it, especially for a late 2023 discontinued model!?!??) I didn't see any dealer options indicated on the window sticker when I saw it and test drove it. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get MSRP, which literally wasn’t worth it in hindsight (and keep in mind that I was financing with them). And to top it off, they completely low balled me on my trade end, only offering $2000. So if it’s not obvious, I walked out and drove my own car home. If I had to guess. this place is mainly targeting payment buyers so they can take advantage of them. I ended making a deal at Mike Erdman Nissan in Cocoa. I encourage you to try that place instead and to avoid this place like the plague. I will NEVER come back to Universal Nissan. I am just glad my car buying experience is over. Good luck to those that are still looking!!!

My last service visit was abhorrent. They kept my car for four days and I requested 4 types of service. One was completed and no one could tell me why the others were not completed. I purchased my last four cars here and they have been servicing my vehicles for 24 years. I will never visit this location again to purchase or service my vehicles.

I could not be happier with Universal Nissan's team for their amazing work. I purchased my brand new Kia soul sport and I am in love with my car. A huge thank you to Werlin who was amazing and a GOD send to me. He provided exceptional care and helped me with my brand new car. Werlin worked with me and made everything possible. If you are looking for a vehicle Universal Nissan is the place to go their amazing team from the Internet staff that scheduled my appointment to the staff when I got to my appointment but none of this would have been possible without Werlins help. Go see Werlin for your next vehicle you will not regret it. I am beyond happy and a customer for life. Thank you Werlin I can't say it enough.

They worked with us past closing to come up with a payment plan we could live with...so appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved. Thank you so much.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They are not honest and will not be upfront about what they offer. I came in earlier this week to TRADE IN a vehicle, after sitting in their office until almost 9:30PM, they finally made an offer, and I willingly signed off just to get out, welp I got a good deal because it was a new loan they took out on me, NOT A TRADE. This is my fault for it being the first time doing this on my own, and I learned a rough lesson. After speaking to Reuben the Sales manager, they unfortunately cannot do anything because everything has been signed off and the car is now mine.

I hope that my error can help someone else, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a vehicle, the people who work here are not looking out for your best interest and only want to make a sale.

I found this place by chance on a Facebook ad and I’m so grateful that I did! Alyson reached out to me immediately and worked with my crazy schedule to set an appointment. When I came in I met with Angel Rodriguez. I was a little nervous about coming in due to bad past experiences but Angel was great and really showed me he had my best interest in mind. We were able to work with my down payment and find me a reasonable monthly payment and I know if any questions or concerns come up, he’ll be there to help. Lorena helped me with finding insurance and got me a better rate than I could find in the weeks that I’ve been shopping around. Big thank you to Universal Nissan, Lorena and Angel!

What a rip off dealer. Charging 20k over for a Nismo Nissan Z!!!! Extortionists, dishonest, money hungry mother you know what! If you pay this extra 20k you’re throwing money away because you will never recover it. I hate dealers who are so greedy! FU Universal Nissan! Stay away from this place!!!!!
