- I reserved a car through the app there at the last minute, and I showed up within 30 minutes of completing the reservation. Staff was super friendly and proceeded quickly in getting me check out. The car they gave me was definitely an upgrade (or 2!) from what I actually selected. Car was clean and really nice to drive. I returned it after hours and the rental was completed the next morning with no surprises. I strongly recommend the location for anybody needing a rental.

- Booked a car here super last minute but picking it up was an absolute breeze! The folks behind the counter were friendly and able to explain all the ins and out about my rental. The car itself was clean and drove perfectly. 10/10 would recommend for a rental to explore the city in.

Decided last minute to book a rental during a short trip to Austin. The first rental place was overbooked and canceled my reservation. This location while also overbooked did have an available vehicle on hand for a slight upcharge. The checkout process was relatively quick and I was told I could do an after-hours drop-off. The moral of the story is: Book ahead.
