- During an extremely busy time, they made every effort to get the car to us. Reserved a large SUV & received a Denali that was clean & worked perfectly.
Only wish they’d taken the time to explain the car. No stick shift, push buttons on the dash!
- My experience with Budget rental exceeded my expectations. From the gentleman at the ticket counter to the young man that directed us to our vehicle, which was clean and was in excellent shape. Upon returning the car a few hours Iater I realized that I left my remote in the vehicle. I was directed to Alexis, she was prompt in responding to me and went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I will definitely be using budget again because of the awesome customer service!!
- We arrived around noon on a Friday. Did not wait more than five minutes in line or to get the keys to our vehicle. The vehicle was well over our expectation and was in good condition. We had no issues with drop-off.
Something important to note. This site does not allow you to pick up a vehicle and drop-off at another airport. This issue came up when we had our flight cancelled and were looking into renting a car to get to DFW. This location is also open until 1 am.
