Apple Barton Creek

Terrible experience. I walked around, up and down the store a total of 3 times, the store was basically empty. There were a total of 13 employees (some shown in the photo below) and not a single staff member asked if I needed any help. Disappointing. Might switch to Samsung.

We dropped our phone off yesterday for a repair. Was told it would be ready today. Today is here and we go to Barton Creek Mall and the sign on the doors says Apple Store closed until further notice. You think someone would have had a clue at the store. Trillion dollar company and they don’t have a clue. They have our phone and no phone number helps. It is a business line. Apple needs to be broken up. They don’t give a hoot about customers anymore.

Worst of the worst always closed always has issues never a dull moment got a order in and had to cancel due to a sign closed till further notice it’s just never going to get it together Domaine is better

Great store, always helpful. Always packed but, not going to take a star for that. I was expecting it. 4 hour wait, make sure you sign up for an appointment online, it will save you time. Otherwise, you can do what I did, which was, go into the store sign up for an appointment and have them give you an idea of when to come back. They will take your phone number and text you when they are close to you being next. If you have younger kids ask them about the robotics that they can play with, might save you from them breaking something.

Krystal was so sweet and helped me place an order online that was ready in 2 days! I had no trouble picking it up and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lots of stores here …..you should be able to find what you need

Beyond furious they say they have items available for pickup but then the store closes “due to unforeseen circumstances” which doesn’t seem so unforeseen since apparently it’s been happening a lot due to what I’ve seen online they have no way to transfer the product to other stores and basically screwed us when we need to pick something up before our travels!!!

This is probably the worst Apple Store. Unnecessary passive agressive employees. I ordered online was given a pickup time, I asked them if I can purchase another device since the time window they gave was not ready. They are making me stand in another line for an hour despite online order and pickup window. Employees are unfriendly.

Absolutely the best iPhone purchasing experience I’ve had in 12 years of having an iPhone. Customer service was so fantastic, all the employees were able to answer our questions and the wait time wasn’t long at all on a Friday night. Johannes answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely ready to buy our phones. He was very thorough and detail oriented. Then when my husband’s phone was having issues downloading the iCloud backup from his old phone Betsy stayed with us until over an hour after close to make sure we were taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you Apple Barton Creek!!!

Love the Genius Bar and the Apple Sessions at the Apple Store in Barton Creek Mall! The employees are always friendly and patient (when I’m using very nontechnical terms describing my trackpad issues).

I especially like Eric, he’s the best Genius!

Genius bar appointments i was behind 10-15 min. And put me 2hrs later in queue. Not cool

We spoke to Austin in tech support and he was very helpful and friendly. Operator error of course, but I appreciated his time.

If you need something quick, or need service, it's nice to have a local store for face to face interaction - instead of doing things online.
