- Thank you to Jay! When returning my rental I wanted to check my final bill because when I picked up at LAX they didn't give me any sort of paperwork since I had booked online for a one way. But I had received a bill for more than it was to be before I turned in my rental. Jay took the time to look into and fix the issue with no hesitation. I truly appreciate him doing it to help avoid me having to call customer service.
- Was having a lot of issues with Avis at the airport location. Staff were short and unhelpful. People on the phone couldn’t help me as they said I had to go into the location. I took a shot and went to the Eugene Rd location and was in luck. The staff member, Jay, was extremely helpful - both with the reservation I was returning and the new one I made. I would 100% return to this location. Thank you for the great customer service and going above and beyond.
