Costco Wholesale King of Prussia

Quality products by the bulk. Plenty of name brand products and Kirkland products are of high quality, too. The more we shop here, the more we like it. One warning, avoid waste, buy the least amount you think you need; it will be enough!

We haven’t shopped here yet, but Maya in Member Services was terrific today helping us become members. Much nicer and easier than some other places we’ve been. Thank you, Maya!

This review is for the Tire Center only. It has been a mixed experience, that's why a 3 star. I have been using Costco Tire Center for many years and they have been serving me well on my cars until the recent 2 - 3 years that some of the staff members have been very unprofessional. To be more specific, I had a bad experience with one technician recently. Had a flat tire and a visible nail so went to the tire center for a repair. It was a busy day and waited more than 2 hours which is normal. The technician came out and told me that the tire was beyond repairable, "There are 3 nails..." which surprised me as I inspected the tire myself. It was almost 8 PM on that day. But, I trusted them so came back on the 2nd day to do the paperwork on the replacement, paid onsite, and scheduled an appointment while waiting for the tire to be ordered. A few days later, my son went to the tire center to get the tire replaced while I was on a business trip. When I came back and checked the car, I didn't see a new tire! Seems they patched the tire instead of replacing it and didn't refund me the money nor any explanation. I don't know if someone simply misjudged or was playing the game because it was almost at the end of their day. Not a coincidence, I had a bad experience with the same technician 2 years back when she quoted me 4 run-flat tires while my car clearly has a spare tire and replaced tires at the same location before. The rest folks at that location seem fine, one or two of them are very friendly and easy to work with, such as the manager and the supervisor. I have my full respect for female technicians but not at this location.

Always have good selection and cost me over $200+ every time we go.

This review is for the food service. They always over baked the chicken baked. All the crumbs turned black. It gets worse when we warmed it up.

Costco is always a great spot for bulk shopping. The more busier days are Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. Just a caution to prepare or come early.

Very crowded, lots of waiting in lines. Prefer shopping where there's more breathing room.

I wish every business is like Costco, I love this place and not only me, my kids love to go Costco too

My club, It has the best of everything. I can always depend on the quality of the products I buy at Costco.

Was here on a delivery run. Didn't purchase anything. But I'm sure just like their competition in the bulk business, you can find the necessities needed and wanted maybe for a lesser price! Shop accordingly.

Always great deals and never parking space available. Smaller than usual locations but it has pretty much everything.

Not as big as other large Costco's and some items stocked are different but its still a Costco and staff is friendly. They do have some Regular items that are not sold in other near by Costcos
