- It was easy to make an appointment and, in this day, and age where it seems that no one wants to talk to people, rather than me needing to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me, a real person answered the office phone. When I came in for my appointment, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. The waiting room area was nice, very roomie and clean. - Loved Dr. Reyes-Hailey, I was dealing with an ovarian cyst that was really disrupting life for me, being in severe pain for months, missing out on personal activities as well as a lot of work. She was able to schedule me in and remove it. The process was very smooth, its only been two weeks post op and I'm already starting to feel like myself again.
