- Hi had an awesome experience at my first appointment today. Everyone was so kind, caring and polite. I got very informative information regarding the health of my teeth. The equipment used is state of the art. The office was nice and clean. I was very comfortable there which help to alleviate my anxiety. I am so happy to be a new patient there.

- I have to honestly say, this is the first time I've given a a positive review to a Dentist Office. In the past even if I didn't have a bad experience, I never went out of my way to write a review. This I must say was an appointment like I've never expected. Central Valley Dentistry showed me you can put your trust in a Dentist that truly has golden hands.

I assumed what I wanted done would be too costly, I came out with better than what expected dental work and saved me thousands. If I would have known this I would have had it done years ago. Thank you and your staff for making me your Dentist visit can be something to look forward to, a pleasant experience and affordable.

- This place is very well run, clean and everyone is really friendly. I have been going her for a couple years now and I'm happy I found them. They make sure I'm comfortable while doing my cleanings. I have had 2 deep cleanings, 1 because i stopped going to the dentist regularly for a really long time, and the second is just I'm prone to having bad gums. I get my cleanings done every 3 months, the dentist keeps me updated on my treatment plan and options and we go from there.

I love this dentist office the staff is always very nice, warm and welcoming. I would have loved to give a full five stars but my last appointment experience was not the best. This office has had a few different front desk people and they have all been professional, and nice. Except the current person at the front desk. While I was checking out, she was short with me, I attempted to ask a question about my retainer and when it would be ready if I would receive a call or have to book an appointment once it came it. Instead of answering my question she cut me off and requested for me to verify my telephone number. I confirmed it and she then began to scold me by stating she called me multiple times stating my phone only ran twice and then went to voice mail. Passively suggesting I had screened the call, before I could answer she then stated “well we text as well- you could text us back.” I am a healthcare worker and most often don’t have the opportunity to pick up calls or answer text messages that are not urgent while at work. It’s not what she said it’s how she said it. It was her choice of words, very unprofessional. I suggest some training take place to improve patient interactions. Other then this experience I highly recommend this dentist he’s always kind, takes his time with me and the back office staff is amazing!

The team does everything they can to make you comfortable. This is the first dentist office I’ve been to that offers patients blankets and pillows. I had to have a root canal done and the procedure was long but the team checked in on me through the process and gave my jaw breaks when needed. They also have a cool machine at their clinic that can make your crown so I was able to leave the same day with my permanent crown in place.

I am very very impressed with Central Valley and their staff. I am very uncomfortable with dentists and have had distressing/painful experiences in the past. 1. The staff starting from the front desk, insurance – dental technicians , and doctor are amazing, they take their time explain things clearly. 2. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my wants/needs 3. The dental work they recently performed seems exceptional (time teste will prove out) 4. After the work they performed which was fairly extensive, I was surprised that the pain was minimal and I had a speedy recovery time. All around exceptional experience. Thank you Central Valley!

Central Valley Dentistry is modern dentistry at it's best, using the latest equipment and techniques. Dr. B is the best dentist I've had in more than 50 years so, I should know. Ironically, our family dentist then, was in the same building and office. Seriously, the office staff and all assistants are easy to work with during a time when you don't any additional stress. Try this practice.
