Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews METRO CENTER

Our first visit to this location. Not sure we'll go back. To start. The hostess all but refused to sit us anywhere but the first seating option. The place was empty and she took us next to a table with 3 loud small children. I asked for a different location and she gave me the option of two other tables next to the family. (Had It been busy I would not have requested this. We understand). Next. The server arrives and takes our drink orders. I ask what the Sam Adams seasonal was. Her response was I don't know and stared at me. Then said I don't know. I don't drink. No , hey, let me find out. Just I don't.

Food was typical red Robin. No complaints.

On the way out our shoes almost came off due to the sticky carpet. Yes. Sticky carpet.

Probably will avoid.

Took 20 minutes to have our waitress even approach our table for drink orders. After ordering no silverware asked for a knife to at least cut the sandwich another 20 minutes and still nothing. Have had better service from waiters being trained. Place was not busy just social hour with her friends at work

This is the worst one I've been too. Manager asked if we will give them another try. Still on the fence.

Roy was our server tonight, and he was great. Answered all our questions The food and drinks Roy recommended were a hit! He was also very friendly. Thank you, Roy!

This place is neat and very friendly employees, as a dasher i got treated as a valuable person, unfortunately this is not something we dasher gets from restaurants anymore,

Food was great but we had the bartender for our server and I felt she was unable to give us good service because she was kept busy bartending for others.

Great food, our waitress was a bit disorganized, but overall a great experience

Usually excellent food .... turkey bacon cheese burger was good but my sweet tator fries where room temp...my wife's fries where also cold...the waiterss did get her replacement fries they where warmer but not hot like they usually are... not so yummmm this time....

Ms. Renee was the best server that we have ever had here. The food came out hot and fresh. Quick service. I highly recommend. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does!

Went for dinner last night and had Ms. Renee as a server. Excellent service. She went above and beyond our expectations.

The food was actually really good and our server was very attentive to our needs, enjoyed our visit, couldn't get enough of the French fries

The food was on point especially if your a burger person and the fries let's go

Rene, my server, took excellent care of me during my birthday lunch. The hamburger was cooked exactly as ordered. Fries were steak fries & tasty. Broccoli was cool instead of hot when served. Salad was plentiful with a not too sweet basalmic dressing.
