We've had a significant number of issues with our 2022 X so have plenty of experience with this service center. Overall we've been here over 10 times but that's a different issue. Each time we come here we are treated like a peasant. Everything from lack of follow up/communications, arguing to get a loaner even when they've made a mistake to bring it back in the first place. This last go round they wouldn't even pull our vehicle up to the front. They literally gave my wife a map of the parking lot to walk around the dozens of similar looking vehicles to find it. I've even had a loaner given to me that had vomit in it. Come on, really?? You'd figure for what you pay they would treat you more like a luxury customer similar to Lexus, Infiniti, and BMW. They will continue to lose market share with the way they treat their current customers.
