We got our car in July but unfortunately are still waiting for our license plate because Tesla kept on giving us the wrong documents to sign. Our SECOND temporary plate is about to expire. There was no communication whatsoever in between. We actually had to go to the MVD ourselves to get that second temporary plate. The customer service line offered no updates but an empty promise to expedite the process (that was three weeks ago). Today, we got another phone call from Tesla Mesa that we need to go to their office AGAIN (the third time) to sign the documents. I truly cannot understand why this keeps on happening. I have zero confidence that this will be our last time signing the documents again. If you are purchasing a car from this facility, be sure to have a supervisor check all the documents before you leave.
Update: 12/6 Unfortunately our SECOND temporary plate expired yesterday. The person in charge promised to send us a new temporary plate yesterday but thus far we received NOTHING. We also sent her two emails as reminders. Can I give this facility a negative star?
