Apple Ross Park

Inspire of the heavy rain Saturday, to my surprise still quite a lot of people in the mall. I'm not a big shopper but really enjoyed the experience.

This Apple store is inside the mall. It contains many tables of phones, tablets, and other products on display. During my visit, I waited a long time to be served, but the employee who served me was very friendly. He helped me to buy a new phone and to activate it with my carrier. He also helped me to update the software, and he made sure that I knew how to use the phone.

Purchased new mouse, was assured if Mac had Bluetooth would not have any problem connecting, out of box states connect mouse to computer via usb-c cable, my Mac had no such connection port, guess need another trip back to store, so much for apple techs

Very Friendly and Very Helpful staff, very satisfied with the Apple Experience and Presentation of the store. Genius Bar helped me get my phone's defected screen replaced with no issues, I'm very appreciative, This store's service made my day great and I'd strongly recommend this Apple Store. Not just a store but an experience 10/10.

I wish I could this a zero star review. Made an appointment to be seen, one person asked me my name then proceeded to help someone else. Multiple people walked in after me, they all got help. I waited for an hour and five minutes. No help!!! Don’t waste your time or money. The previous day I went in to get my AirPod fix that I told them it wasn’t working. However they tested my AirPods said it was my case and it wasn’t AirPods still not working

Two major thumbs DOWN for this location. I went to get a new iPhone, I had two $500 gift cards, leaving me with a balance of a little over $100. They said my card declined, I assumed it was just a fraud block, but there was no text, call or email from my credit card. Also no attempt showing in my banking app, so I called them and they assured me there is no block on my card, and they aren't even seeing the multiple attempts, so it has to be on Apple's end. Not to sound pretentious but I have more than enough available credit to charge $100. I asked if they can try on another device, then they told me it was due to the gift cards. The gift cards worked FINE on the first device, this was a problem on their end. Now they could've said we are sorry we can't figure it out, but they were being rude and refusing to look into it further to see why THEIR system was giving them a problem. I came home and immediately ordered it online for pickup using both the gift cards and my credit card. I set the pickup for the Shadyside store, even though I live 1 mile from Ross Park. I am too worried they will mess up my order even though it's already been charged to my card and I have a receipt. It's worth the drive to not have to deal with them again, unfortunately.

Really wish you respected the pick-up time placed on the order.

Update: I picked up the phones 2 hours and 10 min later than I was supposed to, making me miss other appointments. I dont understand why it took that long since I didn't have any backup or carrier option.

If you mean the mall...I love it there. They have made upgrades and continue to do so. The stores are nice and I feel pretty safe there.

These guys are terrible (as is apple in general these days). Went here because my spacebar broke on my $2000 MacBook pro. Waited for a half hour past my scheduled appt time for them to tell me they can't replace a single key and I'd have to buy a WHOLE NEW BOTTOM SHELL for $700+. Hilarious, I went home, bought a spacebar key online for 10 bucks, watched a youtube video and put it back on myself, typing on it now. Apple "servicing" is a joke.
