- The people working the counter at this location (Hilton - Lake Buena Vista) were outstanding and helpful. I am always skeptical in high volume locations when I rent a car. I am worried about being charged for any scratches, dents, etc from previous renters. I was pleasantly surprised when the SUV they offered me was new as if it had come off the assembly line. We ended up taking more people and needed more room for luggage. The price for the upgrade was more than reasonable. It’s convenient and the service is excellent.

- Booked through British airways. Good price and a nice mid range car. Collection location very convenient as was drop off. Efficient staff at collection. Took a holding fee on my credit card which is new, not had this with Avis before but as long as it doesn't get billed then that's fine.

- All AVIS rental so far were great except our recent rental at the MCO was so bad. I will never use the service at this depot/station in the future. It was a bad experience ever ! Both the operation managers are rude and non-productive manners.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Do NOT book with this company!!!!! To extend ONE day they wanted $862 however online i could rent a car for one day for $85. So I called and checked if they could honor that - nope. Took the car back to pick the other one up. Had my license in my husbands wallet back at the hotel - wouldn’t let me rent after I had all the paperwork showing I was just dropping one off to pick up another. Asked if my husband could send a photo of my license - NOPE! All of this could have been avoided if they would have just honored the same price as online to extend the car rental one day!!!!!! PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!

My experience with Avis was not good. I had a car that had an alert of repair needed and no response ever came. The insurance I thought I purchased was not correct, and getting a call back from the manager at location was over 2.5 hours and his response? “We aren’t going to just drop everything to call you back”

If you are not used to renting do not use this location. I realize it's an annoying job to answer the same questions everyday but when the website doesn't work when you try to check in, their card reader doesn't work and their is only one person working and he's busy, AND they don't say anything online about a deposit being held on your card it gets frustrating and I'll never go their again.
