I had a wonderful experience at this store upgrading to the iPhone 15. Brian took care of me and was super knowledgeable as well as kind and patient. I really enjoyed my time here and if you see Brian definitely ask for him!!!

People in this store are mostly helpful. Unfortunately, some of them are not that helpful not because they want to, but because they lack expertise. Getting a new phone and setting up here could cost you three hours. No joke.

I went in for a Genius Bar appointment to have my camera repaired and battery replaced out of warranty as I’d already had diagnostics run. I wish I could remember my technicians name but she was great — asked me to check and see if I had insurance on the phone through Verizon, sure enough I did. Getting the whole phone replaced for less than the cost of repairs. I greatly appreciate her honesty and thoughtfulness.

Was hoping they’d provide a solution to my phone issues. They went right at offering a new phone. Not courteous, not polite. No apologies offered. They seem to not care, just want to sell the latest model.

Upgraded my SE to a 14 Pro this past weekend. I had Laura as my rep and she was excellent. She was super courteous, funny and engaging. She also gave me some great ideas for an upcoming trip as well!

Cyrus helped me out of a bind yesterday with getting a new phone and stayed with me while my old phone refused to connect to the store wifi.

The way they treat your time is disrespectful and shameful. Dint have my battery in stock even after I made an appointment for my battery replacement. Sent me across town just to waste my time through all the traffic as the wait time was another 2 hours.

Never disappointed with the service here. Been here n number of times. Bought a lot of things from here, got a lot of things repaired and never faced a problem. The customer handlung is great. Overall great experience everytime.

Completely dissatisfied with my order that was supposed to be delivered today then was rescheduled after my device was already in Kentucky having passed review. Now it’s back in China. How are you going to take someone’s order for someone else! Especially when they can see the tracking information! This is almost as bad a Samsung services! I honestly don’t know if I want to continue being a customer.

Went there to see why my watch was not keeping a charge two weeks ago. The tech told me I need to replace the battery it will cost $80 or I can use the trade in value and only pay $110 for a new watch. I didn't have my credit card that day so I said I will be back.
Came in today and the man I spoke to first was rude and kept cutting me off when I tried to explained to him. When I asked to see a tech he got a attitude and told me my watch don't have a trade in value and I will have to paid $225 for it to be sent off. He also claim there was not record of me coming in previously.
I sat there for another 10 minutes in hopes I will talk to a tech but I feel that man didn't check me in so I left.

The staff was so patient & helpful at this store with me yesterday. I've have been through so much this past month & this phone issue was just the one more thing I didn't need. The gentleman that helped us was so kind, gave us all the details good & bad of what it could be done. Told us to come back in an hour. We did & we were able to walk out with a new phone. It felt like the biggest hug ever & I needed it. Will definitely be back!! Thank you!
