Absolutely BAD. There is no coverage for my watch that doesn’t work for 6 hours even though APPLE CARE PLUS coverage goes another 6 months. That is an Apple issue, but The I don’t Care attitude of the Staff Member was The Most Outrageous I ever encountered..
If you want to BUY something, you are next! If you are for repairs, just sit down and wait while the staff talk.
As a APPLE supporter owning all the products and THE STOCK, I’m not pleased and will never make the 1 hour trip to this Store.

The man who greeted me walking in and Nico helped me with my MacBook. I was in a stressful situation and they were helpful and calm when working with me. Big thank you to them and my experience was definitely pleasant!

Dan greeted us very professionally we were in a bad way Verizon wouldn’t help us said it was an apple problem. Apple needed service to help us it was a Verizon problem we were back n forth 4 times to each store before Derek from apple finally stayed on the phone with Verizon for an hour n half to solve the problem it was a nightmare.. big shout out to Derek and Dan from apple… Verizon was to lazy to help..

I recently went there to pick up my Apple 15 pro max , but there were multiple area smell like pee, I highly suggest them clean up seats everyday at the end of the day, but I do have to mention the gentleman works there is extremely nice, he constantly checks back to make sure everything works out for me
