The salesman Andrew was great! He showed me 7 different mattresses until I found one that I fell in love with. Shopping at the Shadyside store was wonderful. I found the perfect mattress, store(Mattress Firm in Shadyside), and salesperson(Andrew). I'm happy.
BTW I did get a new mattress there.

Andrew was great, and he is a great salesman I'm very pleased with his service. Only negative is the heat was on in the store and it was hot.
