Excellent help in finding what you want.

Worst place to buy anything. They barely have staff to assist you. They also have a ridiculous $45 or %15 return fee that other stores doesn't have. Even best buy can't charge for return in certain states, but maine do not have that sort of consumer protection law and best buy exploiting this very well. I will never buy a thing in this store in my life. No customer support at all.

This place used to be edgy. Innovative. A product somewhere on a shelf for any person looking for that one thing. Now days you can't even locate a blue shirt to open a cabinet with that thing in it. Most of the displays that are supposed to house the things you go there for are empty. I can't remember the last time I genuinely got wowed by anything interesting here. Bestbuy used to be an experience of joy. No you literally have to que up for items worth buying because they are so understaffed. Remember when bestbuy outperformed circuit city? They will have more in common than not if the trend continues.

Place is a mess. Underwhelming and no real heal available.

No store number. It's all fwarded to a call center. The call center doesn't know the sopo store number. No way to get a hold of somone at the store. Talked to one of the managers and asked about the number to get a hold of somone at the store he told me the same number I've been calling. No hope at all. And on top of that some of the people that work there think they are all thay and think they know it all are soo cocky and stuck up. The other half of them hate there job and don't even work at all!

i walked in i asked about some computer part, RAM to be exact he said it will work for my system, installed and booted dosnt run at my speed, cheked my bios ram xmp settings and says it wont work for that ram so i went back and retunred it and the same guy said oh my bad i thought u wanted non xmp and i said no i needed this type of ram speed so i got the new ones installed and still doenst show it, even after enableing it and setting up config! so i bring it back and he says whats wrong with it and i said still same issue and he looks at the packaging and says these are the same packages......... OBV i should have looked my self i was just soo stressed out about the who situation.. LIKE DUDEEE

I had great service. Seems like they are short on staff as the wait for the geek squad was kind of long when I had an appointment.

Waited 30 minutes to buy a laptop before I decided it’s just absolutely crazy to wait that long when I already know what laptop I want… I just need someone to get me the product! Your system of just putting someone’s name on a list and having your employees search the store for the person is a flawed system. I saw an employee search for someone for literally 20 seconds before giving up and saying “they aren’t here”, when I heard the person who gave their name and saw them the next aisle over. I am honestly surprised best buy is still in business with this type of service model.
