No one ever helps you when you ask, ended up leaving and just ordering online in the parking lot after waiting over as hour for someone in the store after asking multiple times.

They have a new way of shopping for things that require someone to unlock them from a cage. When you walk in you have to enter your information and it puts you in a queue, so you can't get your item until they say it's your turn. Doesn't make any sense. I did not need help from an employee, I did not need a sales pitch. All I wanted to buy was an unlocked Motorola cell phone so I can replace my broken one. If I went to Walmart or any other store to buy an unlocked phone it's a 2 minute procedure. Best buy had me wait 15-20 mins on a Monday morning just to make a simple purchase. I went to customer service during my wait because the employees were doing nothing and just on their cell phones. I asked the employee to go get the phone I wanted and bring it to the check out line. He said no, because I had to wait in the computer's queue. He had the keys to the cell phones, he still didn't help me and he was doing nothing. Totally ridiculous
