TOP important and interesting reviews from patients

They treated my uncle with great care, respect and hospitality. They kept the family up to date and informed on all procedures and progress every day. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, cnas, security and all staff were friendly and helpful.

I have gone to OLofF hospital emergency room and received very good care there on two occasions. I recommend this hospital not only for their thorough exam but also for it's kind and gentle staff. No one there has ever been rude, haughty, dismissive, or irritable even when they are very busy and short staffed. This attitude sets Fatima apart from my local hospital ER and others.

I went in for a colonoscopy at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, my experience there was excellent, the staff was excellent, the procedure went very smoothly, and was done promptly. I have absolutely no complaints about my time at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. I would also like to thank the staff for making my visit there as comfortable as possible,

Most awful hospital, could’ve died before anyone even cared. Out of state, got dropped off with ny newborn & 7yo excruciating kidney pain got taken in by ambulance. They wouldn’t take me right in, some guy & lady are arguing over their job. I get dropped off to die with my infant & small child in waiting area. If I could’ve waited, I wouldn’t have called 911. After rolling on the floor, crying in pain.. I begged someone to get my IV out (had 2 placed in ambulance) I took Uber to my hotel, passed stones in excruciating pain. Got into my car at 3am & headed back to VT where they would never treat a human like garbage disposal. NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO ASK ARE MY CHILDREN OK seeing me puking, crying & rolling around. Shame on ALL the night staff, shut your doors.

Received no care from the provider David Goldstein, I went into the ed with bad symptoms and he listened to my lungs and turned me away. He repeated I do not need to be intubated.

I brought my mother there to be evaluated and we received such great care. There was a little wait in between registration, being triaged and seen by MD, but I don't mind and expect that in order for the professionals to do their jobs correctly. My mother was treated and released in 6 hrs which is fair. I think the staff were absolutely amazing. They always explained what they were doing from labs, EKG, and chest X-ray. Dr. Jeff is wonderful! Kudos to all for doing a superb job!

My daughter and I have been here since 8:15 pm. It is now 11:40 and still have not seen a doctor. We came because she has bad acid reflux and has been in excruciating pain since 5pm and we didn't want to go to RI Hospital because of the ling wait. Maybe we shluld have taken our chances.
