Food is old, bland yet really salty customer service skills really suck the much younger wife and teenaged daughter are rude and arrogant as if we the consumer owe them something I circulated 85.00 dollars on food that was inedible the butter chicken was dry and flavorless the chicken biryani was undercooked and hard some grains of rice was cooked well while others were hard as if they mixed leftovers the owner told me the only water they have is bottled, then charged me for it. Needless to say I'll NEVER be back! There's too many quality Indian restaurants nearby that serves good, fresh, quality food AND offer excellent service in a welcoming atmosphere

11/27/23. Be careful ordering here because they will try to steal money from you. We ordered 2 tandoori fish, 2 tandoori chicken, and then later added 8 gulab jamun when we come to pick it up inside. The cashier said all of this would be $115. When my husband said this price is too much for the amount we ordered and decided to leave without the food, the cashier magically gave him 40% off which made the total around $70. That type of discount doesnt just happen, they were definitely overcharging for something. Later when we got home and opened the boxes of food, everything was correct except for the tandoori fish. It is ONLY supposed to be fish as the main dish with onion as garnish, but it was a few pieces of fried fish (not tandoori) on a huge bed of rice. When my husband called to the store to let them know the mistake, they started arguing with him. He later gets a call from someone else and the call escalated to the point the other guy on the line started verbally abusing him and saying he was going to break his other leg. My husband is handicapped and walks with a limp, so the fact that they felt comfortable enough to threaten to break his other leg is very offensive, rude, and discriminatory. This could have all been avoided if they were just honest from the beginning when the order was placed. They could have said they dont have tandoori fish and not tried to lie and gaslight us. The new management of this place sucks because I've been consistently coming here the last 2 years and never had any issues, and this is the first time coming here with the new owner and this is the treatment we got. The customer service was truly horrible.
