- My visit today was nice, they called me a couple days ago to tell me my Repaired pressure washer was back from repair and I was very happy to hear that Anna said that it was free of charge(usually $125) for the repair. Only issue I had was that during the process of dropping it off to when I got it back it was a total of almost 10wks and through it no one ever contacted me.. So I would like to hope this isn't a usual occurrence that this happens.
Overall very happy to have it back and it's working great So Thank you very much!!
- I needed some hardy products which home depot's around me dont carry. Staff was friendly as always.
- I’ve used this Lowe’s consistently since it was constructed about 15 years ago and would have given it four stars under a different circumstance. I won’t be returning and will be purchasing my items from a competitor in the future due to Lowe’s recent decision in the past few months to rely almost exclusively on self check out with no other options. Though it didn’t happen at Lowe’s, I’ve had issues related to account security from using self check out in the past, so I generally don’t like to use that option now. Today when I enquired about this, Lowe’s claimed this is how they’re doing check out because they’re short staffed. That reason would have made sense 1-3 years ago but they didn’t appear to have this issue at this store during the pandemic and plus people have been returning to work. This leads me to wonder if Lowe’s is just choosing not to hire enough people to staff its check out kiosks like they have in the past. No matter - I’m getting what I need elsewhere in the future.

- Weekend warrior do-it-yourself home improvement supply warehouse chain geared toward home owners rather than contractors. Prices usually higher than Home Depot but with less selection and very much less customer service. You'd better know what you want and where it is, because you'll see very few staff and get less help than other chains.
If you're looking to 'pretty up' the patio or add an overpriced grill to your backyard, this is your place. If you're someone from the trades or general contractor, you're gonna get way more bang for your buck elsewhere- even Supply Hardware.
- Replacing our bathroom door after the dog chewed through the bottom was not in budget but it had to be done. With the super help of Kurt, all of our questions had answers, and our little DIY project came out awesome! It took more than a few trips back to Lowe’s for the correct parts and tools and extra pieces, but BIG THANKS TO KURT AND MATT you guys are soooo helpful. Id rate this store’s customer service 100!
- The staff was very friendly and helpful ... In every department we were asked if we were finding everything ok. Highly recommend. We also found the very small toilet for our Victorian restoration project.
- Only lame thing is their checkout is always backed up and self checkout doesn't take cash at random times. Other than that it's okay
