You know I've been in love with Best Buy and we've had a great relationship since 2005 when I remodeled my house and I went stainless steel I bought everything my front loaders my Samsung front loaders the second love of my life and all my stainless steel appliances the third love of my life and it was an amazing experience they not only came in and installed but everything was up and running and workable within a few hours it was it was just a great experience now on the flip side I work on Virtual apps and one in particular contracts with Best Buy and so I started that relationship up all over again not as a patron but as a courier and it still has the same smooth feel to it the pickup process was very streamlined and easy the employees were very accommodating and giving directions clear and concise by the way I rang the bell in the back door and nice young man answered explain the process I scanned received scanned delivered and I did four orders from there today I love the fact that the time frame was set to 7:00 p.m. and and has just completed the last of my four orders from Best Buy

Disappointing shopping experience. I tried to return a purchase I made online, but was faced with a potential restocking fee. Even with several employees around, assistance was lacking. Thankfully, I was able to return the item at another branch without any extra charges. I'd be hesitant to suggest this specific store to others.

I went to Best Buy looking for a car stereo on 10/15/23 and saw one that I was Interested on due to the price, $139, when asked for someone to help me I was told that the price was $300 but they had the wrong price tag on it because they were not able update the price, I asked the employee to let me know why they have the wrong price then and said those electronics labels a they do not control that so he laugh at me because I told him those were paper labels, bottom line Best Buy has false advertisement and they do not do anything to fix the problem

customer service: 10/10. Was immediately serviced as I walked into the door, employees asking what I needed. They escorted me directly to the Polaroid section. Notably clean store, as well. 2 people stood out: the manager named “Jose G.” and a worker named "Steve Arriola". They were hospitable, friendly, and professional. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that they exhibit elite customer-service skills. Made me feel like family, not a customer. Definitely the type of character that you want representing your business.

Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this store. You won’t regret it.
