- The sales clerk was friendly and accommodating when they didn't have the car I reserved available. The process was quick and easy to pick up and drop off the car. They are open 24/7 at The San Antonio Airport even though customer service on the phone said they weren't. The car was clean and smelled fresh.

- We breezed in and out of the budget rental car line when we got into San Antonio. The person at the front desk was professional and welcoming. He even upgraded us without additional charge! The car worked perfectly and the return process was simple. Overall great experience (uncommon for rental cars lol) so I wanted to commend them on a job well done.

- Louie at the Budget Rental in San Antonio at the Walmart was incredibly friendly and professional. He helped make sure we were set up with the right sized truck and got us on our way. Much appreciated!

Why is there only one person bringing cars to customers? Better yet why can't the customers retrieve their own car and proceed out? This is very inefficient and takes too much time. Then some customers are inconsiderate and want to tie up the agent for additonal time while we are forced to wait. I've never seen another a budget location do this and really no other car rental agency period. If you value your time don't use this Budget location.

-5 stars. Don’t use. Horrible customer service horrible place to rent. My wife three children and I came all the way up to San Antonio from Bellingham wa. Flat refuse take a deposit from a joint bank account. They refuse to run as credit. Had to spend more money on hotels. Missing a funeral that we came up for and still no car. I will never rent from here and will tell this everywhere I go. This I the worst company ever.

Miss O'reilly worst manager ever, they took reservations from me through Avis, Budget and Payles wich are the same company, they charged me and they told me theyt dont have any car available, in top of that I walked to their garage and for my suprise they do have SUV available...worst company ever.

Issued me the wrong car late at night. Nobody at the counter was around to fix it. Had to use Uber to leave and come back the next morning to fix their mix up. Didn't even bother to cover the $60 in Ubers. Confident to say their pricing isn't going to be worth the trouble they give you.

This is the slowest service I ever see in my life . I already set everything on my app but they had just 1/8 waitress and the line was constantly growing . . Time of service 10 min per client and they had at least 10 clients . Imagine !
