Se rompió mi teléfono Tengo AppleCare ayer esperé más de 2 horas no me atendieron hoy regreso a las 10 am casi las 3 pm para que no me aluden pésimo servicio de todos los trabajadores no se hace uno groseros pero hace tres semanas que compre el teléfono muy amables rápido te atienden que lástima que una compañía tan prestigiosa como Apple la represente trabajadores tan inexpertos y mal exudados en H E B te atienden mejor

Jordan and Derek were great, they made me feel very comfortable, they took care of my issue right away, they were friendly and customer service oriented, and of course very knowledgeable. Thank you guys

I had a great experience at the Apple Store. Went to exchange a defective watch that was purchased 18 days ago. I was greeted as soon as I arrived, Taylor, sales staff, was so helpful, she had my phone replaced right away after checking that it was indeed frozen. I got the watch band I originally wanted (was out of stock previously). She reviewed the features I was wanting in this newer model and I bought the Apple care plan… better safe than sorry. I highly recommend the Apple Watch for its excellent features and I’m happy with the attention and regard provided when exchanging my non working watch.

One of the most overtly customer-unfriendly businesses I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. Having selected a pick-up appointment window, when I got there early, I couldn't even get in line until my pick-up time started, and the line ended all the way toward the end of the mall, already over an hour behind schedule. This is the epitome of a poorly managed business relying solely on the popularity of their products, without any care about the customer experience. I will NEVER again make the mistake of visiting this nor any other crApple store.

Went to my 3 days ago scheduled appointment to get my iPhone 12 Pro max switched by apple care, service that I pay monthly, was checked in and asked to go to a table to wait for my customer service representative, he got to me, so polite by the way, but found himself stock with a “no warranty” phone, I explained him I pay almost $15 a month,long story short he needed assistance so went asked THOMAS (manager) for help, who really roughly came and said there’s absolutely nothing to do other than buying a phone or pay for the repair out of pocket, one more time I explained to him what was going on, but he responded billing was not his business, that
I had to contact apple support, what I did on my way out and the person over the phone asked me to go back because I do have warranty, Mr Thomas really upset agree to attend his coworker from my phone while on speaker, really upset after got told I was covered, set another appointment with a technician, she finally came out really kind and helpful, well not only will get my phone replaced, but she found me an IPhone 15 pro max, sold me 2 cases, wallet and of course the phone. This review is not for the store, but To call management attention and suggest that Mr. Thomas gets re trained or moved from the position, Im a business owner and it takes no energy to be a good person, help others and even better if on top you get pay for it. Damn I hate to be that guy but I never had such a terrible experience at an Apple Store before. I wanted to spend a couple thousand dollars on some tech but I was ignored by the employees, even after I waited directly in front of two of them so as to not interrupt them while they had a conversation. Then one of their colleagues just got in front of my and blocked me out instead. So I just left.
