- Our experience was very good and very fast. We buy all our mattresses from mattress, firm, and always very satisfied.
- Jess and his partner took the time to listen and not sale. Sometimes shopping for things you want gets trumped by eager pushy sales associates and I can say this experience was not that. I walked out feeling happy, excited and very much content with my purchase.
- Me and my husband went into Mattress Firm with the intent of laying on multiple mattresses and then going home to buy online. Usually I’m overwhelmed by sales personnel and I leave with regret.
All this to say- our experience was so much better than I could’ve expected! Darius greeted us and immediately set a unique and genuine tone for our conversation. He took his time guiding us through our decision, even though we had different priorities initially. He helped us find a good fit for both of us, he even happily stayed a bit late to finish the deal with us without rushing. I don’t feel scammed, and he’s not your typical salesman. I’d even send my mom to buy a mattress from him!
- Was great! Easy financing and knowledgeable sales staff. Delivery and was in and out in not much time. I know because my 2 year old was with and she didn’t even have time to throw a tantrum .
