I just wanted to thank this dealership for their hospitality. And the special thanks to Mark Rodriguez and Brandon Shouest. I was next door cleaning out my storage locker when my U-haul died, as well as my phone, and the gate was locked. I waved to the business next door which was the Wellmed, all the employees ignored me. When I finally made it out. I made it to the Porsche Dealership and was met by two beautiful men. Who reminded me of Joseph in the bible. Men of great character. So I want to pray for these two and the other employees. Lord that you would bless each and everyone at this dealership. May they have the faithfulness, love, long suffering, and temperance. And that they may know you personally and intimately in Jesus name. You said Lord that I will bless those that bless you and I will curse those that curse you. SO I ask for your blessing upon these wonderful employees. And that you would cast down anything that is ungodly or demonic in their lives. Protect their hearts and minds of their families as well. In the mighty name of Jesus Amen.

Very sketchy dealership. Asked a few questions about a vehicle. The internet sales manager dodged 4/5 of the simple questions I asked.(Clean title, 2 keys, etc) Some of them were simple "yes/no" questions and he still dodged them. Then I backed him into a corner by REPEATING those same harmless questions and then he stopped responding to my emails entirely. I was going to buy that vehicle too. Was already in contact with my bank and everything. Not going to with that behavior though. That 911 probably wouldn't even make it home before blowing up. I would only expect this kind of sketchy behavior from a used car lot, not a Porsche dealership.

Great dealership and staff! Noah J was very helpful during the ordering process, taking time to walk me through all the options. He was also very patient during times that I edited my order post submission. Would recommend.

Chad Bowman bought my 2021 911 and was very generous with his offer. I simply cannot recommend him enough! Great guy who really stepped up and helped me out with buying my car. Noah was great! I was not in SA when I finally found a beautiful 2008 997 I had been looking for. I reached out to the dealership and talked to Noah, he went above and beyond and even sent me a personalized walk around video showing me all the details inside and out. Made the whole process so smooth!

Being told today, 9/20, that the next service appointment isn't until 10/17 for a headlight being out (which makes it undriveable at night) is unacceptable. If you are going to sell a premium car, the first thing you need is premium service. Every shop has struggled in recent years with technicians but service is what 'sells the second one'.

If i could rate this dealership a 0 I would. Horrible service. When you purchase a car this expensive you’d think you’d receive at least decent customer service. We bought a brand new 2024 Porsche and custom ordered headrests that were suppose to be installed before we even received the car. Once the car was delivered - i asked where the headrest were and they said they were on the way from Atlanta (usually only taking 2 days to order but funny cause we ordered weeks before) We have called and left voicemails for weeks to the dealership, our sales rep Tom, and Porsche corporate. I’m paying for something I don’t have nor have an eta for when they will be in - which I do not appreciate, as no one would. Very bad service which makes for a poor experience.
