- I would give zero Stars if I could. Went in to have a right rear suspension looked at. Was told it would be $45 just to inspect it so they drove it around the back where I couldn't see it. And then I asked if they had inspected it and he said yes. He told me they put it in the air on the lift and they did not. I told him I wanted my car back and he insisted I pay him the $45. Do not waste your time or money at this place. If I have my way they will be out of business within a month
- I took my daughter's vehicle here because her air conditioner wasn't cooling. That was the ONLY reason why I took her car in. They "diagnosed" it for me, and told me that the car needed a serpentine belt. The mechanic told me that the serpentine belt is the reason why the ac wasn't working.First he told me that the serpentine belt was frayed. Then, he told me that the car didn't have 1at all, which should have been my first red flag. So, I paid the $300 to replace the serpentine belt and the pulley. And when I picked up the vehicle, I was told that everything was fixed. I drove literally a quarter of a mile and had to turn around because it was blowing hot air. The mechanic then tried to gaslight me by mentioning that "we didn't do anything to the ac, just the serpentine belt and you weren't charged for thr ac". This was after they diagnosed the ac and told me that a replacement serpentine belt would FIX THE ISSUE!!! I am so upset with this place right now!!
